Jake Norman, Lead PastorJake was born and raised in the Little Rock, AR area. Jake accepted Christ when he was eight years old at a church in North Little Rock, AR. He graduated from North Little Rock High School West Campus in 1997. After High School Jake attended Central Baptist College in Conway, AR where he attained his B.A. in Biblical Studies. He and his wife Hailey were married on December 11, 1999; Jake and Hailey have four children Katelynn, Jaxon, Moriah, Breanna and fifth child on the way!. Jake's Favorites:
Food: Just about any of it
Movie: Cars
Bible Person: Jake likes David because he was a normal guy and God used him to do some great things. David made mistakes and he had some victories. David reminds him that God uses us in spite of our mistakes.
Music Group: Not really a specific band but he likes music from the Passion movement: Charlie Hall, Matt Redman, David Crowder Band, etc.
Book: "The Chronicles of Narnia" by C.S. Lewis, "Visioneering" by Andy Stanley
What do you enjoy most about what you get to do at Fusion? I love seeing dreams become realities. I'm excited about being a part of what God is up to in His kingdom and watching Him radically transform lives.

Ryan Fillinger, Family/Worship Pastor
Ryan began his relationship with Christ in April of 1993. He graduated from Morrilton High School in 2004 and surrendered to God's call on his life to go into ministry the next week. After high school he attended Central Baptist College in Conway, AR and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies with a Youth Ministry minor. He married Whitney Norwood on March 24th, 2007 and next to accepting Christ as his Savior, he says it's the best decision he's ever made. His first child Anberlin Kate was born on July 27th, 2010 and the second child is on the way due in January! Ryan's Favorites:
Food: Pizza (Definitely)
Movie: The Back to the Future Trilogy
TV show: He generally doesn't watch much TV, but he enjoys an occasional episode of Community... and Parks and Rec, and 30 Rock...and Spongebob. But that's all...mostly. :)
Bible Person: David, because even though he messed up a whole lot, God still used him. He says he relates to David's stupidity.
